After a year on this drug i expeirenced severe hip , thigh .leg muscle pain .Slight numbness in both feet with a slight feeling of pins and needles. Unable to carry out any heavy work in early mornings. A feeling of muscle shrinkage which was felt in early mornings when getting out of bed. Also effecting sexual performance. Glad I read your comment. I go for my first (3 month) cholesterol blood test to see if the Lipitor is working. I think I'll ask my Dr. to ask for a glucose test also, just to be on the safe side. Thanks!

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.
