Aciphex owrked very well for the period of time I took the medication. It had no side effects and it helped significantly to lower the acd reflux I was feeling. I would recommend it as first line treatment.

I take 2g per day for pseudotumor cerebri, so I know that is a lot. Diamox has helped my high pressure headaches and helped keep most of the PTC symptoms at bay, however, it does have some issues of its own. I have recently removed the ring after a few months because of the increased pain and discomfort in my chest. Such soreness that woke me up in the middle of the night if I rolled over on my chest. My doctor put me on Nuva Ring to regulate my cycle and decrease the Ovarian Cysts. I experience very difficult periods that are extremely painful... However, I am prepared to deal with that if it means that this very painful discomfort ceases.
