Works too well. I would like to try half dose as that's the published norm (75mg/day) for SAD. I have no anxiety, lack energy, little to no adreniline (sp) and lower motivation. I read a quote "I eat little, always feel like I just ate and gain weight", Bingo! My quote would be, "If someone stuck a gun in my back I'd probably just turn around and ask what the hell do you want".

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. When family came for vacation, I relaxed on my diet and had wine and dessert, etc. The rashes came back quickly with splitting skin, itching, etc. After the family left, I started the Candex again (although I didn't wait the recommended time between taking the 2 capsules and food. I've taken other statin drugs for many years and slowly drifted into the severe side affects w/o knowing it. I lived through the side affects, thinking it was an age thing. The doctor never asked about some of the severe side affects so I didn't link them together until I read an article.
