This drug put me in the ER 3 times. Its extremely dangerous to take it. DO NOT GET ON THIS DRUG PERIOD. The side effects and the withdrawls outweigh any benefit it allegedly has. Do research and talk to your doctor about different drugs BUT do not go on this one if you value your life at all

At first, everything seemed to be going along fine, but as of late I am noticing more and more symptoms. I have never had irregular periods and since starting this medication, I have them frequently. My periods also last longer than usual. Acne was at first improving, but has had a sharp decline in recent days.

Instead of making me drowsy and tired, it makes me jittery and I can't sleep. It just makes me more aware of the discomfort I am experiencing.

Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains. Started to get acid reflux a month later. Tried several times to taper off Omeprazole, but the acid rebound was incredible. Tried Nexiu... View full comment

Moderately effective pain relief, but wasn't strong enough for my specific case. I was in recovery from an internal-external hemorrhoidectomy, which is extremely painful. My surgeon recommended Oxycontin or Percocet, but my physician, knowing my history, advised against prescribing a more addictive drug, knowing my potential for dependency.
