The drug has been working really well for me. My acne cleared up although there are still some red spots left. My skin improved tremendously! I usually take the medicine after eating lunch and dinner. When I take it without eating, I get very dizzy. Sometimes I take it right before I sleep, and my chest would feel heavy. Other than that,Doxycycline Hyclate has been working fine for me.

Terrible! Try getting off this medication! It messes up your brain chemistry. I ended up in the psych ward after the terrible anxiety after trying to taper off. I did not alleviate any nerve pain that I had or still have. It's cousin Lyrica is just as dangerous! I would not suggest either of these meds. Antisiezure meds should be used for that purpose only. This medication was very efficient to relieve pain from my abcess, but it used to give me vertigo and hallucinations. I am willing to take it again if needed, because it is worth it.
