I've taken aspirin for as long as I can remember and I've never had problems with it. It worked well on my constant headaches and pain in my muscles when I have it. I would recommend aspirin to anyone.

There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. Epitol saved me from the most severe pain I have ever experienced in my life. My trigeminal neuralgia was so severe that suicide was beginning to be an option. Taking the Epitol three times a day, on a regular basis has almost completely relieved my pain symptoms. i love differin i added it to my daily routine along with benzaclin gel and my face looks great, i have people that havent seen me since i had horrible acne and they tell me i look like a new person.
