For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. I take Zyflamend for prostate cancer. It has been thoroughly researched and is recommended and prescribed by Columbia University's School of Urology, and also by University of Texas. So far, prostate problems have decreased considerably and I will continue to take it. Any benefit as an anti-inflammatory is welcome but secondary.

I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression.
