Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. Very effective at first. It gave me very vivid dreams, and sometimes it seemed like I was dreaming before I was actually asleep. One night, once I started feeling relaxed, I thought I was in a hallway filled with macaroni and cheese. There were times when, as I was falling asleep/just waking up, I couldn't tell if I was asleep or awake--sometimes I thought I was awake, and it turned out I was dreaming and vice versa.

I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.
