day 2, nausea,diahrrea, day3, nausea, day4, constipation and,symptoms eased somewhat, day 5,constpation, severe nausea, metallic taste, trouble eating due to nausea and lack of appetite.I am in day five and considering giving up the med and suffering the consequences. I wonder if this self inflicted torture is worth it.

It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

it's very hard for me to judge my experience with any one drug. I take at least a dozen medications, so I'm not sure what side effects are from what drugs. I believe the accupril was prescribed to me for my Raynauds and it seems to help.

I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I sleep well and feel "connected" and balanced. I went off Cymbalta for a few months, without problem. I've recently gone back on, due to some rough life changes. I was getting worse and worse over the years, finding myself angry all the time and depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I tried a lot of excercie (essential if you are depressed) and St Johns Wort. The St Johns Wort helped a little bit., but not much. I went to the doctor and started taking Zoloft 50mg. developed parkinson's disease after taking Lipitor for 4 yrs. feel its effect upon isoprenylation of proteins, and thus decresed production of glutathione reductase and coenzyme Q10 as well as dolichols all contributed to mitochondrial dysfunction resulting in parkinson's disease
