Went to the doctor with an infected leg . I was treated .cleaned the area of infection on the leg and had some antibiotic cream applied. Three days later the leg wound was still infected with bacteria. I used this drug in my insulin pump. I have to take a bolus and a recommended amount prescribed by my doctor according to my A1C. In my opinion it is not much different from the insulin I take now. The only reason I changed insulin is because my new insulin was more readily available to my endocrinologist.
