I was prescribed Promethazine after I got my wisdom teeth pulled and was given Percocet and vomited. I also felt naseous after taking pain medicaiton (especially since I was unable to eat much with the medication due to having oral surgery). The Promethazine was amazing because it stopped the nausea and vomiting. It also made me very tired but I didn't mind because it was nice being asleep while I was in pain. I was sick of taking Benadryl Allergy because it made me really drowsy and I was really tired the next morning. I started using Visine-A to avoid the drowsiness, but it didn't really do anything for the itching. Visine is good for getting rid of the redness though.

I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen lo for most of the last several years. Side effects from that were little to none, and definitely tolerable. Cesia, however, has deprived me of any sex drive whatsoever. And even when I would become engaged in the activity with my husband, it wouldn't work... because I was completely dry. It is frustrating.
