To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. I went to the hospital and the doctor perscribed this to me. When I started taking it, I felt much worse than before. My chest was heavy and I was in a lot of discomfort.
