I have been on several antidepressants over the years. My problems started with very severe panic attacks. For this condition, Paxil was amazing. Sometimes when your symptoms are severe, it will take at least 1 month before the medicine will really start working its purpose. Paxil did make me gain weight, but I still feel this is the best drug for me for those symptoms. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Perhaps they are less severe than other anti-fungals, but they do exist, in my experience. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtdieoff.htm
