Started have a lot of heel pain---going to a foot doctor for that now. Also pain in my hips and legs. And stiffest in the hands. Memory is worst then before taking this med as well. My doctor took me off armor because they stopped making the 15mg and I need to take a 30 and 15. So he put me on this and it is 50. I took one dose of this medicine, got flushed, hot and very lightheaded. Next thing I knew I was on my way to the emergency room via ambulance. The drug made me pass out. I got 16 stiches, a broken nose and 4 staples in my head from my fall. I would not recommend this medicine. Even the emergency room doctor said that this is all to common with this medicine

After initially trying prozac, with no effect, i immediately felt less anxiety on starting mirtazapine. It took a few months, with increasing dose, to notice an inmprovement with my mood. Worth persevering with.

went to an Ayurvedic practitioner for help with constant headaches and occasional migraines. She classified me with excess pitta and suggested I start Bhumyamalaki nightly as well as a few other things. It's been about 6-8 weeks and I think my head pain has been reduced and I haven't had any migraines.
