When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. Ibuprofen has helped reduce my swelling alot. i would get alot of styes in my eye and the ibuprofen gets rid of them really fast

I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!
