The first time I took this pill, it did exactly what it was supposed to do- my infection was gone in a matter of days. No stomach pain or indigestion. This time, it's been awful- I spend an entire night throwing up and suffering from diarrhea ... I had taken the pills along with some allergy herbs, had waited till 3hours had passed since dinner, but still woke up at 2 and was up the rest of hte night. Been on it 4 days. Black stools, severe heart palpitations and dizziness. Can't sleep. Have read up on side effects on internet. All of these are possible and then some. No muscle/tendon problems, though. Will contact physician on Monday to discontinue this med.

i used after having my wisdon teeth pulled as an antibiotic, i didnt see much of a change in my body and when i did I wasnt sure if it was the amoxicillin or the other pain relief drugs i was also taking
