I have seasonal allergies that triggers my asthma. In order to control the allergies my doctor recommended Claritin. One day after taking a dose I was fine and it definately cures symptoms. The second day I took another dose the same time on an empty stomach and experienced crazy blurred vision in specific spots in my eyes. I got really nervous but within 20 mins it went away. I've been on it for just over a month. For the past 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to sleep through the night. I sleep for about 4-5 hours, then wake up repeatedly for the rest of the night (~5-12 times each night, so far) on my placebo week I had 2 very intense nightmares, the first about my boyfriend dying & the second about accidentally killing my cat. I have been taking Zyflamend for prostate problems when they occur. if I take 2 capsules 2x per day the problems usually clear up with in a weak. If i don't take it, the problems go on without relief.

After being on this pill for only 6 months I had to get my hormone levels checked. Originally, my DHEA and DHEA sulfate levels were double what they were supposed to be, but after a couple months on this pill the levels were back in the normal range
