Since going on this pill, I developed SI Joint Dysfunction. I didn't think the pill had any affect on it, but I went off it for 3 months and had relief of my symptoms. Not complete recovery, but much better. Then I went back on TriCyclen and three days later the severe pain came back. I took the pill for another week without relief. Then, I decided to stop the pill and the pain subsided. I'm about to try the pill one more time for confirmation of the symptoms.

This drug is DANGEROUS. It damaged my lingual nerve permanently. I now have a paresthesia/dysesthesia of my tongue, right side, going on 17 months. It is torture. My taste is altered along with burning pain and tingling in my tongue on the right side.

its a strange and unpredictable drug with dire side affects i have to say. i have epilepsy and when i first started it, it made me worse not better. eventually it helped to reduce absences but ten years later and now iv been suffering from a massive increase in tonic-clonic siezures and things like temporary paralysis! that was until i stopped taking it. then i went back to normal. it was deffinately poison for me, even after stabilizing me for ten years, suddenly it just went bad. iv ended... I am a 42 year old nursing student and I don't think that I would be able to continue with the nursing program if I was not on Vyvanse . Since being on Vyvanse I have been able to think clearly as well as remember material for school. Before medication I was studying 5 to 6 hours per night. and I would barely pass now with the same amount of studying my grades have improved greatly. My personality has changed Im not as hyper or ditzy anymore. Im very happy with Vyvanse.

Without it on a daily basis, I will develop hives. If I am consistent, hives will not appear. The only draw back is having to see a doctor to refill the prescription as there is not an over the counter drug that emulates it.
