I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. Tums helps alleviate minor stomach problems. However it does not help for anything which causes a lot of pain. It helps with minor annoyances. Yes it does help some pain go away, but it isnt pain that is unbearable, it is just as easy to wait out the pain.
