I took Atenolol for years to treat cogenital chronic tachycardia (basically, my heart beats too fast). When I got pregnant, I was switched to Labetalol. Virtually no side-effects, which was a definate improvement over Atenolol. I have been taking it for 7 years now, and am quite pleased with it.

I take Klor-Con in combination with other medications to control hypertension. I really do not know which, if any, of my medications are responsible for the aches/pains/bone joint weakness. However, they together control my high blood pressure, so I endure the slight discomfort. Other medications that I've taken for years, include Isosorbide, Furosemide,Amlodipine Besylate and Metoprolol. Zyrtec works best for me out of all of the allergy drugs on the market. The only problem I have is that you need to start taking it weeks before allergy season in order for it to be effective.

Clonazepam has improved my quality of life 100%. Before I was extremely depressed and fatefull about life. However, this drug should be taken IN ADDITION TO mental health councelling.
