I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 years now. Nothing drastic to my health has ever occurred. Around the time of my period, I'll typically have pretty tender breasts and drastic mood swings. I've had periods of time with depression and decreased sex drive, but it's difficult to know if it was the pill or just that period of time in my life. I would recommend this to another person but would also remind them that everyone doesn't have the same reaction.
