Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. My doctor is switching me to Luvox CR to see if it improves my difficulty with short term memory loss. I have also begun to have a terrible time waking up in the morning. In reading about Luvox it seems that it is effective without the memory loss associated with Cymbalta on occasion. As we lowered the dose from 90mg to 60mg there was not a really signifigant increase in short term memory so switching to Luvox CR is our next option. Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks
