Excedrin works fact and it's affordable. The size of the pill is a somewhat too large but otherwise it's a great solution to my migraines. I have been using Excedrin for some time now and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.

Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. A good alternative to SSRIs for anxiety disorder. But takes a little getting used to. Drowsines, weight gain, and sexual problems are the main side effects.
