July 2009 was when I noticed that my menstral cycle was freaking out and there was no more 28 days in between. I was lucky to get 18 days. Also, they were lasting longer - instead of 5-7 days, they were 7-10 days and heavy cramping, bleeding, and pain. Now - I am 40 years old. It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. It is pointless taking it after 3pm you wont get the best use of it. Most Drs are very ignorant in its use and wont prescribe even the minimum amount... View full comment

Leritine is the only drug that relieves my pain. My doctor prescribed this drug for me approximately 15 years ago. I used the drug for approximately 3 weeks, until I no longer needed it. Years later, I requested this drug from my doctor, to relieve severe pain. I was informed that the drug was no longer available. I live with severe, chronic pain (the result of being hit by a car when I was 15 years of age) and have exhausted all methods to relieve the pain. I will never forget those 3 weeks... The pill were too big, I always felt like they would get stuck in my throat and choke me. I wish there was a more convenient way to take them

I have been pleased with the results - Dr. prescribed Valtrex to "shorten" any outbreaks, but so far, have not had any outbreaks. I had been taking 1 gm pill for about two months, then lessened the dosage to .5 gm.
