In 1984 I was given a single dose (as in One Time Only) of leritine IV push for severe pain and was knocked out for about 4 hours. When I awoke I was legally blind as in almost total darkness; I was later diagnosed with bilateral wet macular degeneration and bilateral neovascularization, the latter of which required laser surgery to arrest its progression. I have had restless legs for the last 2 night and realize today I had taken Advil PM the last 2 nights. I am glad to hear someone else experienced this. I will not be taking it anymore and hope it goes away

Have been taking these enzymes since it was discovered that I had pancreatic cancer. This greatly helps to break up the nutrients in my food. One month after quitting smoking I suffered a fairly severe asthma attack and 3 episodes of migraine aura around 11 am daily (always had allergic rhinitis ,classic migraine which for the past 20 years or so no longer includes headache, just aura, and various food additive allergies), followed by a mild stroke causing temporary paresis of right leg from knee to foot.
