I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido! tried this for a month after being diagnosed with adult ADD inattentive type, side effects outweighed any potential benefits. Worked at first, though not sure how well - it was definitely doing SOMETHING to me, but never really felt right. Effectiveness diminished over the month while side effects did not lessen, discontinued after 30 days.
