Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. This remained in a steady-state for about 6 months and then I noticed that I was feeling excessively tired during the day and had severe trouble focusing and concentrating. I have suffered from asthma my whole life and depended on inhalers when I had an attack. Sometimes the attacks were so bad I was put in the hospital. Since I started taking accolate I have not had any serious attacks or been hospitalized for asthma. It has worked great for me and I only use an inhaler when needed for minor asthma attacks.

While I did list side-effects on the product, I believe the side-effects are just a result of mental consequences. Yeast infections are persistent problem, but I think the desperate need to cure the condition is what cause my frustration with the product.
