I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? I have been on synthroid for a little over a year and it has done little to benefit me. My condition has worsened making my skin even more sensative as well as my eye site and countless other things. I do not recommend this to other patients- there are more side effects than beneficial effects of the drug.

I like the fact that you only have a period every 3 months & i have not had any irregular bleeding, although i have severe headaches, my appetite is worse ( im never hungry ), and i have severe pains around my ovaries. Sex drive has increased but my mood swings kinda ruin that one. Im not very satisfied with this product and im highly considering switching to something else.

anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.

At first the drug didn't work. However when I started taking it regularly, same time everyday, it worked. My doctor told me to not drink anything 1 hour before I took it or 8 hours after I took it. That was a major pain and sometimes I found myself dehydrated.
