Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. While taking Skelaxin in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory, I was basically pain free and able to sleep at night and procede with physical therapy by day. Very effective against pain. Was taking 10/350 dosage and it was knocking me out at first. Downside is it's very addictive and it doesn't take long to get lulled into the addiction.
