I took them for a short period this past fall. They weren't particularly effective. Not really any different from taking tylenol as far as aches went. The nasal congestion relief was minimal at best.

I used to not be able to sleep until at least an hour after laying down because I would constantly be thinking and simply not be able to fall asleep. After a few days of taking 3 mg before bed, however, I began sleeping within 15 minutes, which is amazing.

This is the greatest allergy medicine I've ever used. It completely clears out my runny nose, stops my watery eyes, and soothes my itchy throat. A necessity for an allergy sufferer!
