This drug is a poison. It causes the conditions it's supposed to prevent. I never had a problem with flushing or redness before taking this. I had one broken blood vessel and that was it. Since taking it my face turned into a burning mess, and my lips are still messed up (I have to put vaseline on them about 5 times a day every day), and I don't sweat out of my face as much. SINCE TAKING ENALAPRIL, I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING SWALLOWING PROBLEMS THAT FEEL LIKE MY THROAT GOES INTO A SPASM, HOLDING THE FOOD UNTIL THE SPASM GOES AWAY,. SOMETIMES, IT IS VERY PAINFUL, AND I CANNOT EVEN SWALLOW LIQUID.

This benzo is a joke! Doc's are just being cautious by trying these alternatives, thus, not having to prescribe Xanax, Valium, etc. Stand up and tell your doc the truth if isn't working the way you would think
