This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). I didn't really notice much of a difference once on paxil. However, the side effects were noticeable. My sex drive significantly decreased to a point where I decided to stop taking paxil.

80 pound weight gain, developed type 2 diabetes in early 2000's and have it permanently. no one paid attemtion to my weight gain or blood sugar increase as i was taking this. the main individual giving this to me even acknowledged to me at the time that he knew it caused weight gain amd a bad craving for sweets but still prescribed it anyway until it was too late on the diabetes. i've since lost all of the 80 pounds i gained while Using Zyprexa, it tool me some time to do it.

I don't feel jittery or nervous, or have heart palpitations like I got when I tried Albuterol. I felt HORRIBLE when I tried albuterol. It was like I was having a panic attack, or had to much caffiene. Xopenex doesn't do that. Plus, I got up a couple nights and used my inhaler and felt fine. I did the same w/ Albuterol neb and couldn't go back to sleep.
