I am into my 5th day with one more tablet to take yet I still have a low grade fever this morning.. Very disappointed but my family doctor said it would take several days. I did see a nurse practitioner at a Kroger "Little Clinic" and she felt I had possible pneumonia. I saw an ENT the next afternoon and they could not hear the crackling in my lung but I had taken the 2 tablets the evening before of the Z-Pak. Fever has continued on this third morning since.

I started taking it a few months ago, and the only real side effects I'm seeing is fatigue and about a week before my period I get very bad headaches. Other than that, no problems! My sister on the other hand, gained at least 15-20 pounds instantly and would get very dizzy and disoriented before her period. She had to change to Femcom.

Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication. I am very pleased to report no side effects except for a slight decrease in appetite. My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing.
