I have only been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is the first treatment we have tried. The pains in my knees as well as my arms as decreased significantly and most days, do not hurt at all. However, my lower back still seems to be an issue. I have trouble sleeping because i wake up in the middle of the night in almost a lock position and can not move, due to such extreme pain.

Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. Zyrtek worked great in the first few months that I used it. I had to stop because of the frequent headaches that I started getting. A few months ago I decided to try it again when my allergies were really bad and I got another bad headache and haven't used it since.
