Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I was put on xyzal 5mg after nothing else worked. After about 1 week I started having visual hallucinations, thankfully they only lasted about 3 days and they weren't that bad . I didn't find anything on the pamphlet inside the box warning about this being a possible side effect.

it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be .
