I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!

At first I didn't really have any side effects.Then about a month into the pack,I noticed I was very irritable,moody,short tempered and slightly angry. I also noticed that the last week on each month my breasts were soo tender they hurt. I still get some cramps and pms.I am starting to wonder why am I even on these paticular kind. I had the same horrible stomach/nervous system experiences with Candex and other enzyme products. I even dumped out most of the capsule to attempt a staggering dosage regimen. I quit for over a year, but because my candida problems continue, even with the candida diet, probiotics, and coconut oil, I am trying it again. But same reaction. I wish naturopaths would look into this problem more.

It took away one of the precious people in my entire life, My sons one and only sibling, My 2 year old niece was seperated forever from the one person she looked up to and loved so much. Her Grandparents are heartbroken and sick from depression and anxiety due to their 1st Grandchilds' death. Her Uncle and the rest of her great Aunts and Uncles and cousins miss her greatly.

I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. I after I eat and my reflux is controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is well controlled with the Prilosec OTC.
