I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. First few months just some occasional spotting--I thought I was just getting used to it--but by month 5--I was bleeding for over 2 weeks straight--not really heavy--but enough to have to wear a pantylin... I am on day 11 of 14 days and feel sick most of the time. If it gets rid of the rather resistant infection I suppose its worth it but I do feel depressed, probably because it's not a lot of fun to feel sick.

My daughter took this back in 2007. Many problems bleeding and severe mood changes. She actually took it for Pcos.She is now on neon she is seeing Endo today to possibly get off all birth control.Make sure to use name brands sometimes generics don't work with your system.

its reccomended that i take it by my doctor. i have no choice but to follow his advice if i want to stay alive. i dont really like pills so if i didnt have to take it i wouldnt take it. but overall i guess it works so it serves its purpose.

I was diagnosed with a stomach virus and was prescribed this by my doctor. So far, I have had no real complaints besides the slight dizziness and the pain in the stomach. It helped my nausea, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it really worked that well overall.

I liked this medication, as long as I took it as indicated. The time when I had the worst experience is when I combined this medication with Lortab. Needless to say, that was stupid, and caused me to kind of freak out.

I have a murdering mood swing, i snap at anything although my skin look far much better, no weight gain, light bleeding but I had terrible headache a few days before I bleed.
