I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

80 pound weight gain, developed type 2 diabetes in early 2000's and have it permanently. no one paid attemtion to my weight gain or blood sugar increase as i was taking this. the main individual giving this to me even acknowledged to me at the time that he knew it caused weight gain amd a bad craving for sweets but still prescribed it anyway until it was too late on the diabetes. i've since lost all of the 80 pounds i gained while Using Zyprexa, it tool me some time to do it.

My fifteen year old daughter a perfectly healthy young girl ,experienced temporary paralysis less than 3 hours after first shot taken along with a miningitis vaccine. Advair works great for breathing problems, but since i started using advair, i have voice changes, lots of pain in my joints, and weight gain, i want to stop using this medication, but cant, it seems ive become dependant on this stuff. its like my lungs just cant work with out advair, i dont like that at all, i didnt use to have that type of problem before.ive been using advair about 6 yrs. now, the longest ive been able to be off it was 3 months, but i cant even do that again.
