I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. I take Calcium with Vitamin D because the doctor says the Vitamin D helps the calcium to be absorbed better.

I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. It has a great taste, which makes it much easier to take as need, it isn't a dreaded experience. I was satisfied with the results.
