I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. Since I have been taking Celexa for 13 years, I have noticed that when I do not take it, it creates a whole new being that is NOT nice to deal with in me!!! I mean I notice almost immediately that I have gruffer reactions, am short with people and have no patience and no tolerance. I get very angry, which is not something I normally have issues with. Sldo, og recent, I have noticed that I have become crowd phobic when I do not take my Celexa. I have urges to get away from crowds.

The medication has really helped clear up my roscea but at the expense of my digestive system. I already had IBS with diahhrea and recently had gallbladder surgery so when the diahhrea become worse I blamed it on the surgery but was confused because I didn't notice it to be any worse directly after surgery. It finally hit me that I had resumed Doxycycline Hyclate a few weeks after surgery and after looking up side affects, I now believe the worsing symptoms could very well be the medication....
