My oldest daugter is 14 yers old she has been on ADHD meds since she was 7 and this has helped the most the longst. I also like hte way she is with it i choose this for my other daugter. Who just started on med back in January.

I'm 33 I have been on birth control pills since I was 18, I've been on so many different kinds I can't even count anymore....I've been on Junel for 2 months now, I feel like a lunatic, I cried hysterically over traffic!! I am also having breakout on my back and face...I am stopping this pill tomorrow, unfortunately I already took todays pill...keeping in mind that every woman reacts differently to birth control, Junel is just not for me...i'm considering stopping completely but i'm nervous,... Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.
