I have been on benicar a couple of weeks, although i feel alot better,i noticed a couple of side affects,musle cramping (minimal) notice i can't chew my food as long as my jaw gets very tired. incontinance at nights 2 times in 14 days.

This medication relieved the pain but as a side effect irritability and slight mood changes were noticed and it became slightly addicting, so it wasnt taken anymore to avoid these effects.

Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. I've tried many other pain killers for my lower back injury, but these seem to work the best, with minimal side effects. Granted, I could use something heavier, but then the side effects outweigh the benefits of pain relief.
