I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.

My daughter, Victoria, has been ill since February 2008. Here is some history. I will be as brief as possible. My daughter had her first Gardasil vaccination November 2007. For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. It was really wonderful considering I used to have very heavy and irregular periods, extremely horrible cramps, and pretty bad PMS (irritability, mood changes, bloating, fatigue, appetite increase, etc.). Originally had severe soar throat, high temp, and fluid in ear. Received amoxilcillan and cleared up fever but still had spots then got cough. Tried augmentin and that didn't help, though upset my stomach. Trying to get rid of a cough I had for a month and fluid in the ear. I didn't want a 3rd antibiotic so was recommended I try this. If this didn't work then will try Biaxin XL PAC.
