Etodolac is the 4th anti-inflammatory I have tried, and it has worked the best for me. I don't like the anxious feeling I get from time to time after taking it, but I check my blood pressure and it is fine. I wish I didn't have to take 1000 mg a day of this drug, but it has helped the stiffness and pain a lot. I have been told there are a lot of drugs like this, and a person just needs to find the one that works the best for them.

I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. withdraw VERY slowly, what the hell did this do to my mind? it took a month before i didnt feel like crap, i tapered down too quickly, its been a week, ihave psycotic daydream lack of sleep, lightheaded every 10-200 sec., but it was nice and flat for 3 yrs.

I just tried it and feel a lot better , I have had terrible sciatic nerve pain in my hip and that goes down the leg for nearly 3 months. Its helped alot with the pain and relaxs the muscle spasms with sciatica pain. Also really seems to have helped with the inflammation which is why I mainly wanted to try it. So I recommend it too for anyone that is going through pain with sciatic pain/ inflammation.

I took this for eczema. It did clear up the condition for a while but shortly after I finished the course the eczema came back. I hated this drug - I couldn't concentrate on anything, couldn't think coherently, and my appetite was ridiculous - I couldn't stop eating! I was ripping open packets like a crazy person.
