At first I experienced negative side effects from Vyvanse including dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of interest in social activities, irritability, sleep disruption, complete loss of appetite, and anxiety. The sleep disruption, dry mouth, and anxiety decreased with prolonged useage. I take Zyflamend for prostate cancer. It has been thoroughly researched and is recommended and prescribed by Columbia University's School of Urology, and also by University of Texas. So far, prostate problems have decreased considerably and I will continue to take it. Any benefit as an anti-inflammatory is welcome but secondary.

I suffer from an overactive thyroid problem and am aged 35, I never used to get any side affect from Carbimazole. After stopping taking the tablets for a few years I am back on them again. However, I cannot take them without being violently sick.

The patient's blood sugar level is somewhat unstable; it vacillates between 140-150 mmol/L, and even 181. which is moderately higher than the normal 120-130 mmol/L. However, she is satisfied with the medication because she feels well most of the time.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!!
