Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. Benadryl

Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!
