I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. My appitite is the same, I dont over eat, but my monthly cycle is less, I can stand the cold more, I am alert and awake while driving to work and back home, I seem to be health with my blood count because I am not weak and hungry anymore. I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.
