When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. I did gain a little weight but i think it is starting to come off (I've been on Femcon for about 5 months now). I have tried other birth control pills before and they were not for me. I had a terrible reaction. I took one dose (2 Pills) about a month ago and felt terrible. I tried it on 12/24/09 andafter only two doses of two pills felt sick, headache, dizziness, nausea I took two pills on 12/25/09 I experienced a bad headache, numbness on the left side of my face, nausea and dizzinness as well as fatigue. I am very scared!

This drug is very expensive (approx $3 a pill/1000mG), and the side effects are horrible. Although they tend to diminish after 6-12 months, the itching and hot flashes are a sure sign from your body that something is wrong. Concentrated fish oils and other remedies work better, and will not destroy your body.
