After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.

Claritin makes me drowsy so badly that I have to stop doing my work and go to sleep. Day after I take the medication, I have headaches and feel dizzy. I also get nose bleeds but they are not severe enough to go to the hospital.

I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I have no other choice but stop taking this drug. I believe these side effects happen after taking for several years. Toprol is very effective and keeps my heart rate low, which is what I need it to do. I just wish there was a way to take this medication and not be tired all the time. I assume it is such a problem because of the high dosage I am on, but I still would love to have more energy regardless.
