I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.

My daughter, Victoria, has been ill since February 2008. Here is some history. I will be as brief as possible. My daughter had her first Gardasil vaccination November 2007. This drug is POISON. Do not take it. Do not let any doctor make you take it. Let me tell you my story. I was a reasonably happy person before cymbalta. Naïve and recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I began taking this drug as prescribed, looking for a miracle.
